Healthy Porridge Recipe

Healthy Rice Porridge recipe I’m going to share consist of these food ingredients:-

  • Rice grain (4 cups – washed twice with tap water)
  • Stewed peanuts in can (170g x 2 cans) (I love stewed peanuts!)
  • Spinach (200g – finely chopped)
  • Chicken breast (1 nos – skinned and sliced to desired size)

These ingredients are enough to serve at least 4 pax.
