Long Beans Sticks

This is real peanuts (and idiot proof) so anyone who can cook Maggie (instant noodles) can cook this (or I should say those who can boil water can cook this) – Long Beans Sticks is a dish just so simple to cook. You can also use the same method on French beans if you so prefer.

First, clean the long beans. Remove about half cm off the top and bottom, pulling the sides off. Cut to about 10cm long stick. Boil some water in a pan with a little bit of salt. Stir in the long beans sticks. Let the long beans sticks cook till tender. Drain off the water and sprinkle with some salt and pepper. Long Beans Sticks ready to serve! They make great and healthy snacks :)
