French Beans Egg Omelette

French Beans Egg Omelette is a very simple food recipe but tricky in some ways (yeah…can sometimes get uncooked or burnt). Ingredients for French Bean Egg Omelette include diced French beans and beaten eggs seasoned with salt and pepper.  Simple ingredients and easy to cook.  Is this dish really a Chinese dish? (since it is using “French” beans! haha!)  But sometimes I cook with long beans instead.

(such a pitiful photo…lol! sorry, my hands are all oily and this is the best I managed to snap)

Firstly, heat a bit of oil in a pan and stir-fry the French beans.  Then add the seasoned beaten eggs, stir it slightly.  Turn to low fire.  When eggs set to an egg omelette, flip to cook the other side.  Beware not to let burn.  French Beans Egg Omelette is done!  Another simple food recipe...

Although you should get a round shape for egg omelette, it doesn't really matter if you're eating at home.  If you're very new to cooking, you may have difficulty flipping over the eggs without breaking the shape.  So you can try to cut it to half or quarter using spatula (in the pan, no need to take out  and cut in a chopping board lar...).  Then flip over the eggs piece by piece.

Want something simpler still?  Just make plain egg omelette without French beans then!  Enjoy your egg omelette...
